[ Step 01 ]

Upload plans

PDF or DWG. Floor plan, elevations, window schedule. Drag the files in, or send them later from your order page.

  • Floor plan with dimensions
  • Elevations and wall sections
  • Window and door schedule (U-factor, SHGC)
  • Mechanical plan, if you have one
[ Step 02 ]

Intake check

We check what you sent against the intake checklist. If something is missing, we ask once, in one email. When the checklist passes, your 2–3 business-day clock starts.

  • Plans complete and legible
  • Project address and county
  • Expected permit application date
  • Equipment preferences (optional)
[ Step 03 ]

Engineering

Energy calc (Form R405 performance or R402 prescriptive) and, in the full package, Manual J loads, Manual S equipment selection and Manual D duct design, to the code edition that applies to your permit application date.

  • Room-by-room Manual J loads
  • Equipment matched to the loads (Manual S)
  • Duct sizing and layout (Manual D)
  • Sealed package: Sealed calcs are signed and sealed by a Florida-licensed PE of Designda Inc. (dba Pineland Engineering).
[ Step 04 ]

Delivered

PDFs in your inbox and on your order page, within 2–3 business days of a passed intake. Plan reviewer sends comments? Revisions on the same design are free.

  • Energy compliance report
  • Manual J, S & D reports (full and sealed)
  • Free revisions for plan-review comments, same design
  • Design changes $75 each
[ The business-day clock ]

2–3 days,
defined.

Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days from receipt of complete plans and inputs. The clock starts when your intake checklist passes, not when you click upload. Weekends don’t count.
